A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Steve spent 5 years as an Army Ranger and commander of a Rapid Deployment Force Company.

Following his military career, he spent over 35 years as a Bank Executive leading large Operations, Product and Service Implementation, and Customer Service organizations across multiple sites and countries. 

Steve has a proven track record of invigorating underperforming teams and creating new teams that are simply the best at what they do - whatever the metric. A champion of superior client service, attaining industry-wide "best in class" customer satisfaction/loyalty scores and key industry recognition for innovative approaches and delivery of quality service.

Hamilton works on the Data team under Callicott, partners with clients on strategic initiatives, builds clean-sheet should-cost models, and helps train our AI classification systems.

He earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from UNC Charlotte, where he also dual-enrolled in the graduate program in Data Science & Business Analytics. He began his career in banking as a financial analyst, where he led a strategic data forum for hundreds of decision-makers at one of the largest U.S. banks to drive efficient data-sourcing practices. Discovering a passion for translating technical specifications into business outcomes, he moved into the bank’s data architecture and strategy group before joining ProcureVue.

At ProcureVue, Hamilton’s combination of technical depth and approachable communication helps clients align goals with the right data solutions—and ensures those solutions are delivered in ways stakeholders can understand and act on.

Based in the Netherlands, Andy has been working in international business management for over 30 years. With more than 20 years working for Unilever companies and more recent experiences working as a management consultant, Andy has developed a broad set of skills covering supply chain management with a strong procurement focus, sales and marketing, change management and strategy formulation.

Andy now leads the ProcureVue business in EMEA, working with clients to empower them with insights to enable them to improve their bottom line, grow their business and sustain performance through periods of market volatility.

Callicott oversees our data team, regularly handling data processing, analysis, and personalized client consultation. She holds degrees in Psychology and Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Business and Data Analytics from Michigan State University. After earning her degree, she joined a data analytics team in the Global Procurement Center of Excellence at Walmart, a Fortune 1 company.

Calli views complex data as a welcome challenge, enjoys professional and academic writing, and currently focuses on expanding her skills in coding languages.

Porchea is a part of our data team under Callicot. She brings more than nine years of experience in data analysis, business operations, and project management. At ProcureVue, she supports client data initiatives, relationships, and leads marketing efforts aimed at strengthening brand visibility and engagement.

Previously, she spent seven years at Premier, Inc., where she managed vendor relationships, supported financial operations, and led analytics projects for the ITS organization.

Porchea holds degrees in Project Management and Business Administration, graduating with high honors. She enjoys turning complex information into clear insights and continues to grow her expertise across analytics and strategic communication.
